Please read these terms carefully before placing an order on ZERK Shop.

By placing an order with ZERKSHOP, you agree to the following terms:

  • All products sold are digital and delivered electronically.
  • Please ensure you purchase the correct product, region, platform, and amount before completing your order.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the product is proven to be faulty.
  • Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
  • Sharing, reselling, or abusing any product may void its warranty or support eligibility.
  • If a product includes a warranty, it only remains valid if the product is used according to its instructions and the product-specific terms.
  • ZERKSHOP is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, account modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
  • Activate the account exactly as instructed.
  • If requested, set the account as Primary Console.
  • Do not change the email address or password.
  • Do not enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • Do not remove the account from your console.
  • Do not share the account with others.
  • Any of the above actions will void the warranty.
  • Do not change the email address or password.
  • Do not modify existing profiles.
  • You may create a PIN for your own assigned profile.
  • Use only your assigned profile.
  • Do not use multiple screens if your plan allows only one.
  • Do not access other customers' profiles.
  • Violating these rules will void the warranty.
  • Verify that you selected the correct region before ordering.
  • Redeem the code only on a compatible account.
  • Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • Record the code before redeeming if you wish for your own reference.
  • Provide the correct account information when required.
  • Do not change your account details while your order is being processed.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the top-up process has started.
  • Provide the correct address.
  • Ensure your account can receive the selected currency.
  • We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
